1. Print Quality
• All prints and products are made-to-order using professional-grade materials.
• Colors may vary slightly from what you see on-screen due to monitor calibration differences.
• Each order is produced to meet high-quality standards.
2. Order Processing & Turnaround
• Standard production time is 7–14 business days before shipping.
• Custom orders or specialty items may require additional time.
• You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and again when it ships.
3. Shipping Policy
• Shipping Methods: Delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method and location.
• Tracking: A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.
• Carrier Delays: ZR Visuals is not responsible for delays, errors, or lost packages caused by third-party carriers.
• Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded or replaced.
4. Returns & Refunds
• All Sales Are Final: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are non-refundable.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. Approved cases will receive a replacement at no additional cost.
• Color Variations: Slight differences between screen and print colors are not considered defects.
• Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and changes are not possible.
5. Store Policies
• Payment: Full payment is required at checkout. Custom orders must be paid in full before production begins.
• Custom Orders: Special sizes, framing, or unique products may be available upon request. Pricing varies based on materials and production requirements.
• Right to Refuse Service: ZR Visuals reserves the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion.
6. Copyright & Usage
• All images and content are the intellectual property of ZR Visuals and are protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.
• Purchasing a print or digital file does not grant permission to reproduce, modify, or distribute the image in any form.
• Prints and digital downloads are for personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased.
7. Digital Image License
Personal Use License
When you purchase a digital image, you are granted a personal-use license. You may:
• Print the image for personal display
• Share the image on personal social media accounts (with credit to ZR Visuals)
• Save and store the image for personal use
You may not:
• Edit or alter the image (e.g., filters, cropping, retouching)
• Sell or profit from the image
• Give the image to third parties for commercial use
• Remove or obscure watermarks (if included)
• Use the image for business, advertising, or promotional purposes
Commercial Use
A separate commercial license is required for any promotional, editorial, or business use. Please contact us to inquire.
8. Legal Disclaimer
ZR Visuals is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party shipping carriers, printing labs, or user error during checkout. Use of this website and associated services indicate agreement to these terms.
